Cellfield Reading Programme
Our Cellfield Reading Programme is a unique 10 day program using the science of the brains ability to change itself (neuroscience) to improve reading and or comprehension by 1- 2 years in only 10 days- 1 hour per day. School holidays are an ideal time to attend.

Our popular 11+ workshops are back to get your year 4 & 5 children ready for that all important 11+ entrance exam. We also have our fun Superheroes themed workshops and Coding workshop returning this February too.
Yr5 11+ Algebra 1: Monday 16th February 2026: 9am-12pm
Secondary Maths and 11+ teacher Tom will be leading the first of three algebra workshops for year 5 11+ students. If you want your child to master the topic of algebra in preparation for their exam in September this workshop is for you! Tom will introduce and develop knowledge of algebraic problems and practise answering some questions in the style likely to come up in the 11+ exam.

Yr5 11+ Writing: Monday 16th February 2026: 12:30pm-3:30pm
This fun, interactive writing workshop focuses on teaching children how to identify and include different word types and add more detail to their writing in line with the expectations of the 11+ and private entrance exams. We also aim to expose children to a wider vocabulary that they can then start to include in their own writing. Each child is extended from their own unique starting point to ensure progress within the session. This is led by our 11+ teacher Lauren and suitable for year 5 students working towards their 11+ and private entrance exams.

KS2 Yr3-6 Coding: Tuesday 17th February 2026: 9am-12pm
Develop your coding and programming skills, learn to design and debug algorithms and create your very own computer games in Scratch! This workshop is aimed at KS2 (years 3-6) with or without any knowledge of coding and will have a Superheroes theme.

Get ready for an exciting day of learning and fun with our Superheroes-themed workshop for Key Stage 2 children! The workshop will be led by one of our experienced and enthusiastic teachers who understands the importance of engaging children in learning whilst making it an enjoyable experience. Children will improve their English and Maths skills in fun ways, all within the context of a Superhero theme. Led by Wendy and suitable for years 3-6.

KS1 Years Rec-2 Creative English & Maths Superheroes theme workshop: Friday 20th February 2026: 9:30am-12:30pm
This fun three hour long workshop will use the theme of Superheroes to develop Early Years and Key Stage 1 English and Maths skills whilst also spending time on fun and creative Superheroes themed arts and crafts activities. Led by KS1 teacher Amie and suitable for Key Stage 1 (years Reception-year 2).
